Priority Queue

Theopetra uses a queue system for deciding who adds a property to the network via the treasury. If the requested property meets all underwriting criteria, then the queue is used. Any founding citizen NFT will bypass any amount of $YIMBY or Citizen. Founding Citizen NFTs are weighted in the following order, where the largest bid of the highest tier is considered the winner.

Priority For Citizens In Order:

Tier 1 Founding Citizen NFT – Formally Kings

Tier 2 Founding Citizen NFT – Formally Rook

Tier 3 Founding Citizen NFT – Formally Knight

Tier 4 Founding Citizen NFT – Formally Pawn

Any $YIMBY Bid during the auction

Any Theopetra Citizen

Any US Citizen
